Job Details Job Location : Devens, MA Position Type : Full Time Salary Range : Undisclosed Description Position Overview:The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program Coordinator oversees the daily management and administration of Clear Path's SSVF Massachusetts program, ensuring compliance with licensing and funding regulations. This role provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to case managers, promoting collaborative planning and effective service delivery. The Program Coordinator works to address critical barriers to housing and facilitates comprehensive wrap-around services for veterans and their families, contributing to measurable outcomes and continuous quality improvement.Work Location and Travel Expectations:This role requires a regular presence at both our Devens, MA and Lawrence, MA offices. Candidates should expect to split their week between these locations based on operational needs. Additionally, monthly travel to Cape Cod (Hyannis area) is expected to support regional outreach and coordination.Flexibility and reliable transportation are essential, as this position plays a key leadership role across multiple service areas.Key Responsibilities:Program Management and ComplianceEnsure programming aligns with licensing and funding agency requirements, as well as Clear Path's policies and procedures.Promote a model of service delivery focused on homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing.Assist in developing and updating program policies and procedures.Leadership and SupervisionProvide supervision, training, and guidance to case managers, including support for challenging cases.Conduct weekly staff meetings and facilitate collaborative planning.Review client files and provide direction to ensure effective service delivery.Service Delivery OversightOversee the intake, assessment, service planning, and goal achievement processes for veterans and their families.Integrate high-priority veterans into services, including those with behavioral health challenges, physical impairments, and other barriers.Ensure staff track and assess the impact of services, from initial assessment through service delivery and review.Data Management and ReportingEnsure accurate and timely data entryin accordance with HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) requirements.Provide quarterly summaries and documentation required by the SSVF grant.Collaboration and AdvocacyCommunicate effectively with treatment teams and community agencies to address issues related to employment, education, family, and socialization.Promote access to wrap-around services and external support for veterans and their families.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered.3+ years of experience in program management or leadership roles, preferably in veteran services or human services.Strong knowledge of homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, and transitional supportive services.Proficiency in data management systems, including HMIS.Demonstrated ability to supervise and train staff, including collaborative team-based planning.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Characteristics:Passion for supporting veterans and addressing critical barriers to housing and well-being.Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners effectively.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Comfortable working across multiple office locations and engaging with stakeholders throughout the region#J-18808-Ljbffr
