As our Territory Sales Manager, you'll explore the world of online auction sales and used equipment, working with a passionate team to make a significant impact in the industry. The key focus is to serve the construction and agriculture industries in counties including Lincoln, Oklahoma, Payne, Pottawatomie, and Seminole, with flexibility for business needs.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to enhance Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
2. Educate clients within your territory about our auction services and how they can benefit from them.
3. Manage customer information and opportunities in CRM for effective communication.
4. Support all phases of the auction process, ensuring successful execution.
5. Represent Purple Wave positively to equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
6. Promote upcoming auctions through equipment marketing and promotions.
7. Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Respond promptly to sales inquiries.
9. Participate in trade shows and events to promote our services.
10. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, or government industries.
• Proficiency with technology and systems for communication and data sharing.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass skills assessments.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, salaried position, not eligible for overtime.
• Flexible schedule with significant travel (up to 75%).
• Physically demanding tasks including climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around heavy equipment.
