We are looking for an outstanding individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple senior living communities. The Area Director of Operations will coordinate activities across resident care, sales, maintenance, activities, and dining services departments. Additionally, the role supports the Regional Director of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education, and strategic coaching for each community.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in a leadership role, including exceeding financial and operational goals.
