The Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA) seeks an Executive Director/GM to oversee daily operations, fiscal management, and long-term planning, including digital development. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience, knowledge of public broadcasting, and skills in administration, finance, fundraising, and interpersonal relations.
Experience working with educational institutions and government, the ability to articulate and implement a vision, understanding of FCC policies, and a commitment to EEO are essential. The role requires dynamic leadership of a comprehensive telecommunications organization.
Additionally, the Executive Director may be appointed as the CEO of FOETA, working closely with its board to support OETA through fundraising and resource management.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
