Responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, providing advice, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
• Generating business results through new client acquisition and expanding assets from existing clients.
• Advising clients on their overall financial health, including asset allocation, investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
• Partnering with internal specialists to offer interdisciplinary expertise.
• Connecting clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensuring solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term goals via holistic, goal-based planning.
• Adhering strictly to risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum six years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; candidates without licenses considered but must obtain within 90 days.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Established network and community presence.
• Knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
• Client-focused with relentless dedication to client interests.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, critical thinker.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Organized and disciplined approach.
• Deep knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments like Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
