Description:

The Director of Engineering Services plays a pivotal role in leading and managing all activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. This position ensures financial accountability in collaboration with Aramark and clients, while adhering to established standards set by regulatory agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
    • Inspire, mentor, and develop team members for improved performance, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
    • Foster a shared understanding of goals and objectives with team members.
    • Recognize and reward employee contributions.
    • Ensure operational compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients for mutual benefits.
    • Exemplify exceptional customer service standards.
    • Identify and communicate client needs, ensuring operational transparency.
    • Establish trust through demonstrated technical expertise.
    • Lead maintenance-related sales initiatives and customize programs to meet client specifications.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, focusing on cost control across maintenance and labor.
    • Implement Aramark processes to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
    • Analyze performance metrics to drive profitability, educating teams on key business levers.
    • Collaborate with other departments for a unified operational approach.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently, managing multiple tasks effectively.
