Description:

Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Fund Administration Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of donor-established funds. This position ensures compliance with donor intent, internal policies, and applicable laws and regulations. The Fund Administration Specialist works closely with both internal and external partners to support fund utilization, reporting, stewardship, and fiscal accountability. Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in fund administration, accounting, nonprofit finance, data research, or a related field required. Prior experience in a higher education or nonprofit fundraising environment, experience with compliance programs, and familiarity with disbursement policies and procedures in a university setting, particularly managing multiple funds with distinct purposes and restrictions, preferred.

Please note that this is an on-site role in Norman, Oklahoma.
