Location: Just South of Edmond, OK
Title: Financial Analyst
Duration: At least a 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension/long term role
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform monthly budgeting analysis and support forecasting processes
• Conduct cost accounting and margin analysis to support business decisions
• Reconcile and maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and variances
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
• Help drive process improvements and identify efficiencies in financial workflows
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
• Strong understanding of journal entries, cost accounting, and budgeting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
