Role Description

This is a full-time high-travel role for a Hail Damage Repair Sales - Fleet Accounts. The role starts as a contract position and can be based in any US city such as Oklahoma City, OK with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves cold business development and subsequent managing of fleet customer accounts, coordinating hail damage repair services, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining fleet business unit processes to ensure customer satisfaction, growing market share, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Familiarity with Fleet needs re vehicle body repair
• Troubleshooting expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in auto repair industry is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
