RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on multiple projects and commute to various job sites in Oklahoma City
• Work on site Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm
• Must be punctual to job sites and able to work independently
• Communicate with staff, vendors, and contractors to complete specified work
• Provide daily job progress, details, photos, and updates to the company
• Provide job site attendance info for contractors and vendors
• Verify materials delivered to job sites and inform the company of any discrepancies
• Perform and/or assist with general tasks, inspections, repairs, and installations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
• Practice safety and follow documented processes
• Transport necessary materials or tools, to and between job sites
• Maintain orderly job sites by cleaning up and organizing daily

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• BA or BS degree desired, but not required
• Combination of education and experience in home construction or remodeling
• Six (6)+ months of construction related experience is
• Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
• Able to use new applications and technology
• Regularly use phone and e-mail for communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow directions well
• Clean and neat appearance
• Reliable daily transportation
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and good driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Walking around construction sites, climbing stairs or ladders, and navigating through various areas of a construction project.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Exposure to various weather conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind
• Exposure to noise levels at job sites that can be loud
• Lifting materials and equipment up to 60 lbs, moving items or assisting with site setup.
• Hearing and vision within normal ranges
• Good manual dexterity for the use of common equipment

COMPENSATION

Starting pay is $17-19 per hour
5 paid holidays per year
5 Paid Time Off days (PTO) per year
Early dismissal the day prior to select holidays
Mileage reimbursement
