Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Material handling operator 1 needs to be capable of handling material for their designated area assigned to ensure inventory accuracy, production needs are met, and performing duties in a safe manner. Need to be able to operate independently with minimal direction, have basic computer skills, and effective communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs and SAP verification, work closely with inventory analysts to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other similar material handling equipment. Physically capable to stand and move material for extended periods of time.
- Capable of working in a team environment, with clear communication with team members and management.
- Accurately and legibly documenting materials information on device history forms(DHR) for inventory control and quality compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Previous SAP experience.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely.
