President of Homecare & IDD Services

We are seeking a dynamic President to lead our Oklahoma Division, specializing in Homecare and IDD (Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities) services. This executive will be at the helm of setting strategic goals, mitigating risks, and driving growth. You will oversee all operational and budgetary aspects of the division, ensuring resources are aligned with service goals. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to key business outcomes while maintaining a focus on the human aspect of services. Successful candidates will join a team committed to impactful leadership and innovation in the health & human services sector.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, plus up to 50% bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership by setting the company's mission, strategic direction, and overall policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the board and other executives to establish both short and long-term goals.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources across various service lines such as Habilitation Training Services (HTS), Daily Living Support (DLS), and Agency Companion and Respite.
  • Direct all operational aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to achieve the company's goals.
  • Lead business development and drive key growth performance objectives.
  • Report directly to ownership, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership skills with capability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record in operations management within health & human services or similar industries.
  • Ability to oversee financials, budgets, and P&L strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Homecare (non-skilled/ADL) or IDD services.
  • Practical knowledge of Habitational Training Services, Daily Living Support, or related areas.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to improve service delivery and efficiency.
