Overview:

Tinker Federal Credit Unions Professional Development department has an immediate opening for a Sr. Professional Development Specialist! As a Sr. Professional Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the design, implementation, facilitation, and coordination of learning solutions that align to operational changes and business priorities.
• Working closely with members of the People Team, other employees, department leaders and supervisors.
• Training and developing employees to meet professional, organizational, and service goals by developing, managing, and conducting all levels of training courses and programs.
• Assisting with the development and testing of Operations and Lending software, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as one of the most senior and well-rounded members of the TFCU PD Team.
• Aiding with providing support services to Business Services.
• Completing assignments which are unique and high in complexity.

Salary Range:

The salary range is $ 92,273.88404- $ 115,342.35505 ; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

You must have a bachelors degree in business, education or psychology, or related field is required. Requires four years experience relatable to organizational learning and development focused on implementing, designing, developing, and delivering professional development solutions. Experience within financial institutions and commercial banking is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

In order to be successful as a Sr. Professional Development Specialist, you must possess these qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of Episys core system and ability to perform and troubleshoot functions.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects and assignments.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement instructor led, virtual, online, and blended
  learning courses.
• Skilled in curriculum design and development, and instructional design.
• Knowledge of learning theories and principles including adult learning theory.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively at across the organization.
• Strong analytical, technical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to organize and accomplish objectives independently and within a team.
• Sr Level must have strong knowledge of, Operations, Lending, Commercial Banking and Treasury Services.
